Before when the seller was sending the sandals to me she said the sandals are very good condition but when I opened the packaging I saw the sandals broken and I told her to refund the money back to me but she said I can't refund it she is a very bad seller she sells defective products.

我一向是面交，第一次順豐到付，就中伏！ 她要求順豐，我已減價並遷就她2次更改交收方法，寄之前已仔細檢查，涼鞋狀況良好，亦用Bubble紙包裹。她提供的照片，鞋踭的破損明顯是用利器和拉扯造成。如果對鞋是如此破爛，何解我還要求面交？大家的眼睛是雪亮！ She asked for SF, then switched twice. I already reduced price & accommodated her switches. I have double checked sandals before sending out. It's in good condition & wrapped by bubble paper. From her photos, the damage was obviously made by sharp tools. If it was broken, how come I still asked for trade in person?
