He was very thorough and rather than just replacing the whole motherboard, he figured out it was a capacitor issue and got it fixed! James was an immense help in resolving my laptop issue! I messaged him around 12 AM, and he immediately provided some troubleshooting steps over chat. When those didn’t resolve it, he recommended I bring it down to his workshop. He took the time to properly troubleshoot, test, and ensure everything was working perfectly before handing it back to me. Highly recommended!
