She sold me a VERY damaged item. And she doesn't even bother to open messages, even if she's online. Been very patient for more than a week to wait how she'll respond, but nothing. First time to experience something like this in carousell! Will post more about the transaction details with her on a separate post, if I still don't get a refund.
