.y item never arrived. The seller insists that I clicked on "delivered" but clearly I never did. Seller seems to be confident that it will arrive or return to her mailing address.

Dishonest seller. BEWARE. Item was obviously being worn for long time,has serious furrings all over the skorts, yet seller claims that it is brand new/manufacturing defects. Anyone with brain should understand that manufacturing defects does not include serious furrings all over the ZARA skorts. Shouldn't have trusted the seller. She still have the cheek to argue. BEWARE IN DEALING. THINK TWICE
1. defects are overstated - clearly not “all over” the outside! plus, defects from zara are possible as it is a fast fashion brand prioritising profit over quality 2. to me the item is brand new! never worn, and i did not notice furring. and yes, i am not as meticulous as you, but... 3. i always give buyers the chance to check the item before accepting it. she did, and so our transaction was fair. her asking for a refund after, and then leaving a 1.0 review is an abuse of buyer privilege :-(
