Sold me broken earpiece that cannot be fixed and warranty cannot be used.Very angry.A scam.The warranty card says wear and tear is not applicable for warranty.

The warranty is usable. Proceed to nex , go to lvl 4 (take the lift). Turn right and go into the store. Ask for Michael and ask how to claim the warranty.
