The buyer was unresponsive and does not take the initiative to update time of arrival. Confirmed the time to meet on 2 separate days but didn't reply on first day until 6h after meeting time and the second day was late for 30 minutes even though he told me he would be late for 5-20mins after I have notified him that I have reached.
