Bought 3 pens from seller about a month ago, which came in a very loosely packed envelope with no padding resulting in 2 damaged pens. Seller says it's the first time it's happened, and offers 50c for each damaged pen. How could I have declined a huge 6% return for damage that wasn't my fault? I offer to cover mailing for simple replacement, but seller then calls me "hostile" and blocks me. Emails to Singpost say sender should have wrapped items properly as well. My money's still lost to 2 pens.

Soles of the shoes splitting was acknowledged as an oversight hence full refund was given. Item was also never altered in any way shape or form and is per original as purchased. Buyer has yet to acknowledge refund and to close off the loop as no response to multiple attempts to get in touch.
