Follow up is prompt & he requested a site visit to provide a final quote w marginal diff. before i decide to engage them. Demolished walls and hacked cabinets for HDB. They made the HDB submissions promptly and works were done very quickly. Although there were some hiccups Samsui was very responsive, and everything was resolved. Would definitely recommend for demolition works, and important to be clear on what you need to get done.
