You are the buyer. Before you make your offer, you should ask me what is the physical condition of the laptop but you did not. You asked me many other questions and I had replied to you accordingly. You get your brother to meet me instead to deal with me on the purchase of my hp laptop. After your brother checked the physical condition, he accepted it and paid S$300 to me as agreed earlier. He took my laptop and went off. Please do not put the blame on the seller.
