事前我係Carousell 通知左買家「貨品原本既紙套掉左」，交收當日，買家唔識開個盒，本人教買家開個盒同時，亦都強調「呢個盒係另外既，所以開既方法唔同」，買家亦都好仔細去check塊濾鏡，然後先比錢。 事後隔日買家稱盒不是原廠，因此想退貨 我認為不公平，因事前已表明及通知過買家相關貨品事宜，而亦擔心貨品事隔一日可能會更換成其他次貨或已損毀。 因此本人表示如即日損壞，可以退款，但如隔日或事後因本人曾作出的通知，而買家事後 後悔，本人不會退款。
