Before purchasing the item, I made sure to ask the seller if it had any flaws. She clearly said “wala naman po” (see photo below). Sadly, upon checking the item, there are several yellow and brown stains in which she did not disclose to me. I just hoped the seller would be honest and disclosed the said flaws. She also did not compensate for it. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration.
Follow-up review
She even managed to leave a review on my page and claim that I wanted compensation for stains that are so-called washable. That is not how you deal with criticism. Own up to your mistakes.
