disclosed to buyer password issue upfront (also in ad) and buyer then purchased blaming us about the password issue which ultimately causes the account not being able to log in (if you forget password then you obviously cannot login, it’s quite a simple logic) Difficult to deal with and buyer start personalize the blame by saying can’t believe this is a mom doing this to another mom. UNBELIEVABLE
