Thank you for your feedback. May I just point out that you had messaged me at 11.30 this morning and I haven't had a chance to respond. While I would have liked a chance to respond and resolve this matter, I am assuming since you have posted this, you no longer need me to respond. As to the quality of the item, when I sent the item out last week, I did not notice any defects or discolouration, but I will not cast aspersions on your assessment. I trust this clarifies.
