本人對買家 “iam191” 的不實評價深表遺憾。事實完全相反，以下為實際情況： 5月25日：買家要求預留此免費物品，定於30日（六）中午12點康城交收。期間本人積極解答其所有問題。 29日（五）晨：買家臨時要求改當天交收，因家中無人，本人禮貌表示需維持原定星期六。 29日（五）晚：本人特意操作機器並發送運作正常的影片證明。 30日（六）早11點（交收前1小時）：買家臨時稱有急事改期至星期日，本人亦答應。 31日（日）凌晨：買家突然傳訊息通知棄單。 買家一星期內多次臨時改期，最後直接棄單。本人全程極具耐性配合，卻反被指「not kind」，這極不客觀且不公平。本人持有全部對話截圖以作證據，以正視聽。
