I am happy that seller is responsive. However I am not pleased with the product. The quality is different from the photos posted. In fact after assembling it, I realise it is the same shelf I saw in Ezbuy which costs only $56 including shipping and GST. I didn’t buy that from Ezbuy as I thought it looked to be of low quality. Turns out I paid $139 for the same thing.

Product delivered as photo. Buyer didnt & can't prove that item doesn’t match photo quality. Item sold to many with no complaint at all. Buyer purchased swiftly at own will, without any enquiry. she based quality on own assumption & expectation which is subjective. buyer said she did not buy the other cheaper product, so it is not possible to compare & claim that mine is the same as the other. SG is an open market for anyone to sell anything at any price based on own costs.
