先生，首先多謝你詳細嘅評價。係到講聲唔好意思，未能提供一個愉快嘅交易俾你。 但我都想藉此澄清一下，運送嘅貨物係一個10寸花球，包裝係筲箕灣天悦廣場順豐站寄出。因為本人好少用順豐寄物品，所以寄件嘅所有程序，我都係經職員指示所做。當初，我係有同職員提出，想用最平嘅方法去運，所以當我知道運費需要$58嘅時候，都即時有詢問職員。店員回覆，以物品嘅大細，及確保花球不受損嘅大前題下，係需要使用價值$8的4kg箱嚟包裝，但店員亦都強調已經係用運1kg嘅價錢嚟得出最終嘅運費。而因為我無呢方面嘅經驗，所以唯有相信順豐職員。 如果你仍然唔滿意，請你私訊我，我絕對願意退回所有運費俾你。畢竟，自己順利完婚，賣出花球，原意只係想將幸福傳承落去:)
