Seller is good but the product is bad. Bought 7 dehumidifiers. Tested 4/7. After 12 hours of charging, none can be used. The crystals in 2 units are still pink! Very disappointed with the product. Not recommended. What a waste of money. Can buy other things from the seller but definitely not the dehumidifier.

Our aim is to make sure u receive items that are usable. Unless your claims are false, or u should come to us for a claim instead of posting a negative feedback stating the untrue! We propose to have the items tested at your door step to clear our name!!!!!!!!!!
