Exchanging personal contact is always on voluntary basis. I gave my best knowledge about the product and had been using it nicely without any issue since for years. Before the transaction, i reminded the buyer to prepare a bag for carrying. I delivered the product with a protected backpack, while he carried it with a single layer Ikea bag without any protection on the speaker. It is the first selling issue i have on this platform. I hope it would be the only and last unpleasant selling exp. Thx.
