Buyer again wanted to book J&T herself, which I said is not possible since no one is available to wait for the rider. -∞/10 I HAVE TO FIRE BACK. THIS WOMAN CAME TO ME, INITIALLY ACTING AS IF THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH OUR COMMUNICATIONS. THEN, SHE ACCUSED ME OF THE ITEM BEING TAPED IN A WAY THAT LEFT MARKINGS. I EXPLAINED CLEARLY WHY AND HOW IT HAPPENED. AS A SELLER, I’M JUST TRYING MY BEST TO BE HONEST AND ACHIEVE 5-STAR RATINGS, BUT THIS WOMAN REALLY DON'T CARE.
2 years ago (edited)I didn't accuse him of anything. I just included in the rating that "the item was packed by the rider daw." To my point, the seller should ensure that the item is packed well prior to being shipped. I don't expect 100% condition but with the tape marks and peels, i could no longer use it.
