The seller sold me a pair of shoes na sira. Both soles ay nakanganga. I know I bought it on a discount, but P2,500 is not a joke and to receive a damaged good without telling me it was damaged is so bad. I tried to reach out throuch carousel app and sms but the seller didn’t bother to reply.
Follow-up review
I was thankful to the seller for giving me a discount but to my surprise I received damaged shoes. I contacted the seller and she arranged a refund half of the total amount. I would use the refund to have it repaired.
