NOT A RECOMMENDED BUYER, PLEASE TRANSACT WITH CAUTION. This buyer tried to make a false damage claim to get a partial refund. As clearly stated in my listing, the bag’s only flaw was mold marks, no cracks, no structural damage. I also posted actual photos showing the condition honestly. After receiving the item, the buyer suddenly claimed there were “cracks” and asked for a 50% refund.
Follow-up review
I requested a proper unboxing video (standard proof), but instead she immediately pushed for a refund first. When she finally sent a video, it was incomplete and suspicious, the bottom part of the parcel was not shown. She was covering it tightly with her hand and It appeared the parcel had already been opened beforehand.
2 months ago (edited)Ikaw ang Not rocomended ako pa may mali may damage nga ang bag pag dating sakin nag send ako ng video tapos sabi mo mag rererefund ka pumayag na nga ako ng half tapos ang tagal mong mag refund anong klase ka seller wala kang isang salita dahil lang sa bag pinakita mo ugali mo. Wow ha galing mo naman block mo pa ako talaga para di ka makarefund. Wala ka ngan proof pakita sakin. Ako nag send pa ng video while unboxing kitang kita naman may damage ang bag tapos di manlang nakabubble wrap.

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER! Not fully disclosing the flaws of her item.Listed the item under brand new category & when asked if meron flaw due to storage, she said no flaws & discoloration only. But when I received the item meron na siyang mga bakbak on top parts both sides inside na natatakpan ng zipper part, kaya pala limited photos of the inside lang sinend niya. I trusted her but dishonest pala.
