On closer inspection on unpacking — has holes and inner may not be latex, I guess I should’ve been more careful on collection and noticed the weight difference :/

Item is a 100% genuine original latex topper purchased from Dunlopillo original brand shop at City Square Mall, can be verified with all the original labels/tags on the item itself. The listing clearly said item is used. I did, as I always do for any deal, ask buyer to check item on the spot to confirm ok before accepting payment. Nonetheless, I accepted a return of item with full refund. There should not be any question this is an authentic latex topper, it can be verified with the shop.
