This person scammed me:) bought an item, complained a lot about it when in fact it was brand new. She complained about it not being durable like it’s my fault, I dont own the brand. LOL! She then asked for a refund so I did despite having it stated on every item I sell that I don’t do refunds. And voila! She blocked me :) didn’t send my item back ever again! but that’s ok. Charity to the sinners:)

Too many excuses when it comes to settling payment. She thought I would not notice that she unsent her shipping details. The minute a buyer unsends their shipping details, it only means one thing, they have no plans of getting the item. Accounts like this should be banned here on Carousell for wasting peoples time.
