She left a permanent review calling me a scammer for taking 3 hours to reply(8AM–11 AM), despite her paying late (past 24-hour limit). She misrepresented facts—I only sent 2 waybills (J&T to Lalamove to J&T) and fixed the shipping issue. She also violated my privacy by messaging me on Facebook and screenshotting my name in the review. Though she apologized, the review is irreversible.
