The item is quite dirty inside, not look good as the photos, the seller not willing to help to move the item to downstairs.
If you cannot evidence your claims, there is no basis for you to make them.1)This is NOT a new item. Clearly stated in the advert. At the pt. of handing over the item, it was clean inside out. The dirt that you claim, may have got there during your self-transportation. 2) I had stated in the advert, informed & reminded you many times during our chats abt. the itemโs weight & my recommendation to arrange delivery.You insisted otherwise.What i have said here, can be evidenced in my adv/our chatlog
