seller offer item for $30. we nego and agreed offer on $25, and meet near his house. during meetup he was late (gave reason because of rain) and i agreed to wait for him. at the end he turned up but told me he wanted $30 for 'making him walk over', take it or leave it. if you are not happy with anything, at least say prior to the meet up, and not do funny business last min. def not recommended.
