Was not satisfied at the option given. Was said and also confirmed but backed out on the deal last minute on the very day of collection just cause of personal issue.

The item is not working. It was not mentioned that it is not functioning well. Seller was not honest enough to inform the buyer about the item. Very disappointed. I bought this for my father who just suffered mild stroke.
It is stated in my description that this VIBRATION massager got 2 vibration massage heads. What she thought is like kneading or rolling massager which is obviously stated it is not. Please don't make other reason. If your Dad suffered a mild stroke, you better bring him to hospital. Not but anyhow $25 Vibration massager without check the spec first before decide to buy. FYI: She didn't ask anything before she give an offer. I have no reason to explain in detail on how this thing work.
