Firstly, postage was underpaid. Waited quite a while but luckily SingPost was kind enough to give a goodwill gesture. Seller should have been more responsible. Itemโs packaging looks old. Item is wonky and doesnโt feel new. Zipper doesnโt zip all the way. Quite a disappointing purchase. Worse, had gifted it directly to my recipient. Sad shame. :(

Hi, i went to the post office directly to weigh using their machine to purchase the stamp. Also, the item was mailed within the same day. Payment made at noon, mailed at 6pm. it is brand new in bag as mentioned. Hence there is no way of checking as i did not open it. Also, u would have known that this print have been out for some time. They were kept in the box and left untouched. If u are unhappy, you can return the item and i will refund u the money. Thanks.

Dishonest seller. Regrettable purchase. Nappy liner was listed as NEW but packaging was TORN.Seller claimed she wasn't aware. So now you are asking buyer to scrutinise every inch of the picture? Please don't think you are doing me a favor when you proposed a refund when I HAD TO absorb the back and forth postage ($3). Integrity questionable. Your item is not true to description and you expect buyer to bear the cost of postage? Be REASONABLE and HONEST pls.
The listing states that the item is non refundable. Out of goodwill, i initiated a full refund. Unfortunately, the buyer refused. To be fair, buyer did not ask about the item condition at all. Even brand new items sold at retailers can have defects. Pls check ur item before purchase in future. Thanks! which part of non refundable do u not understand? If u say can be seen from my listed photo, means i wasnt trying to hide anything and why din u look properly in the first place?
