Labelled the shoes as size 7, when they are a size 6. Claimed that the sizing has ‘rubbed off’ when the size is clearly stamped on the shoe. Requested a partial refund of $5, or return the shoes for a full refund. But she says she’s unable to come pick up? I don’t drive so I can’t deliver them back to her. Quite unhelpful sadly, shoes are to small for me. Wasted my $40. Shoes were in okay condition,
Item was listed with I am unsure of the shoes exact sizing. Customer didn’t try on footwear before buying. Offered a full refund in original pickup location but customer rejected offer.
