This is my 2nd time purchasing n i can tell u it isn't pleasant dealing with her this time.. Payment was made 11/1 n she said if she's able to post the item on that day she'll notify me.. No news from her till 20/1 explaining she went on a spontaneous trip.. It is UR responsibility to notify ur buyers though.. She did promise to post it out during the weekend but guess what.. No news from her till 30/1!! Update: FINALLY got the item after 3 WEEKS since payment was made.. NOT RECOMMENDED!! 😡

I have paid you on the 14th of January. You told me that you went on a spontaneous and unexpected trip so you promised to dispatch the parcel on Saturday but, I waited patiently for a week. Nothing came and there's no tracking number from you. I ask for updates on the 26th of January and you decided not to reply. Till today (2nd of February), my parcel has not arrived as well as your update. It is your duty as a seller to keep your customers/buyers updated, not ignoring them.

I have paid u last friday for the bag but until now no updates , no tracking , no news from u.its been 1 week already.its really frustrating and disappointing dealing with u especially for first timer like me. U dont even have consideration to ur buyer..i have watsapp u so many times but u keep on ignoring me..its gonna be my last purchase from u..its really really really bad experience :-(

I PAID on 12/1, after payment made she NEVER replied me until 20/1 FINALLY she replied. And yeah FINALLY AGAIN she refunds me money by today 25/1. THANKS GOD 🙏🙏🙏
