Inaccurate item description. Mention 'great condition 9/10' when actual item was in 'not as great' condition since it was posted 2yrs ago. Gems broke during mailing due to unsuitable packaging by seller & for a refund she wanted to charge me for the damages incurred thru mailing?? Up till now she's been replying very slow ever since she got the sale & still hasn't refunded me the offset for the poor condition. Poor after sales service, rmbr to chk item updated condition w her before dealing.
I am expecting that you will have to pay for the return mailing ofc, or u can meet up to return it. If that's what you meant by charging you for the damages? Have checked the item for its condition before mailing out so I can't be liable for damage caused by poor handling of the postal services
