Bought the Fayth tent midi dress as item was stated as “like new” with no defects mentioned. Came with quite obv damages and material was pretty worn out and I req a refund which she agreed to. I agreed to her terms which I only realised at the end meant I had to pay for postage both ways. First time to be charged for their mailing when they sold damaged goods. Unpleasant experience.

Hello! I hope you understand that carousell is a place where we might need to accept that the clothes sold might not be of the best conditions. I am sorry that your experience did not go well. For this case I did not see the defects till you pointed out (I got it from another carouseller) and I have been honest with subsequent buyers regarding this. Thank you for being fair to me too and agreeing on the mailing fees.
