Sticker names on the cloth bound notebooks don’t look like they will stay stuck.Seller changed pick up date & asked me to coordinate with his colleague.As the buyer I thot they shld settle this internally & not let cust do their work.Seller then ignored me thereafter when I asked if the items were picked up. Not pro to ignore.

FYI, names are not stickers/adhesive, they are ironed on. Details are stated in the product description. Buyer scheduled own courier even though we have the exact same courier and expects us to follow up with the courier. Since this is the case, buyer should have known the pick up time way better than us since she has the tracking number. Its not nice to schedule your own courier and expect us to do the paperwork and follow up. Did not ask her to liaise with our team.
Ordered 11 coasters and 1 mug set. Gave some discount and free delivery. Coasters are a bit smaller in diameter than normal ones but engraving did as per the design I wanted. Mug lid design is different from what I requested. Mug and spoon looks good. Said as will do refund if distroy the mug and send a picture but since i didn't have enough time to buy another personalized gift , could not .
