Bought 2 handbags from this buyer, the bags are claimed to be authentic but not. Tried to contact seller after the bag has been received but she did not reply any of my messages. Had to create a new account to contact her but still she insist that the bag was authentic and said it was a reject item. Still waiting for my refund
