This seller threatened to not refund me her defective item because she covered mail and demanded that I mail it back to her for free too. Dress is flowers on white base. Took photos of all the yellow stains (like those from storing white fabric too long) and seller said she got it like that. Now said not worn when she said she worn it once in the listing! Pointing out the defect is “not nice”?

I think my 400+ 5-star reviews speak for themselves. I wore the dress once last year and kept it in the plastic ever since. The “yellowing” she claimed cannot even be seen in the photos. She wrote the review before we even concluded the matter? At the end of the day, I refunded her fully even when she was so rude about it. She told me “so are you refunding or not? I’m not negotiating” AFTER I already said I will refund. She could have just informed me nicely… it was only $12 leh Chen Hui Qi 😅😂
