As mentioned in the invoice. Deposits made are non-refundable. We’d already prepared the car deco specifically for them. Understand that the customer was very fickle from the start, keep changing colours and etc. We politely told them to come to our venue for installation and even willing to bear half of the transportation fees to install at their place. It wasn’t easy to handle these kind of people who changes their mind at the very last minute, very vulgar and keep cursing and swearing at us.
