Description says it is new but it is NOT. He has obviously used it before, just not registered. He accepted my offer so I had no choice but to buy it when he revealed that it was a replacement unit. more details revealed only when I travelled to his place. I could have walked away, but I travelled all the way there and he had accepted my offer. I was risking a bad review but fuck it.
Description has clearly stated it was not brand new but rarely used. Buyer could have walked away right there and then. I have acted in good faith and agreed on a low price. I did not hard sell or over sell myself and the product. Buyer wanted a refund when he found another 5D where he can borrowed and copy data out. I’m in Zurich as I type and would have gladly work with buyer. But after such a review, there is little point engaging with a low lifer.
