Very frustrating. i will never deal with online transactions anymore, without checking the actual item. Shirt's description (10/10, worm once) from ad was misleading from what I got. Collar was full.of stain. Seller advised me to bleach and wash it off. Seriously, bleach a colored shirt? He didnt agree also to have it returned. I hope Carousell should have guidelines with.this kind of incidents.
What was stated in the description is true. The shirt was used once and I always check for issues that buyers may be concerned with because that is the culture.The problem with our transaction is that you forced it to a courier of your preference when I suggested Fastrack since I know the quality of their service. With regards to the stain, I am not aware of that and it could be done via the handler or even you. I recall you not being satisfied with the price and next time, please follow
