Item costs 19.99 and i paid 21.50 in total (inclusive 1.50 normal mailing). However I received a letter from singpost to collect my item at a post office (15 mins bus ride) due to insufficient postage. In the end, I had to pay additional 1.30 in order to retrieve my item. After clarifying with the counter staff, it turns out that the seller only paid 0.37 for the postage even though I was told to pay 1.50 in order for the item to be delivered via normal mail. Overall, unpleasant transaction.
For your information: $1.50 is a normal rate here on carousell. (You have agreed to pay) and because on top of your order subtotal + handling and shipping cost, I need to pay additional expenses (stamp, envelope, tape and travel to mail) in order to complete your order fulfillment.
