Buyer claimed that remote didn’t work (it worked perfectly on my side since I tested it), I offered to either return the product to me for a full refund or that a new remote online would cost him 15$ and that I was happy to pay for it, which is already very reasonable. He asked for more… So I decided to refund him 25$ in good faith knowing that the remote worked perfectly.
