Bought an old Suunto Dive computer from this seller. The seller was very reasonable and willing to give a good price considering it would need servicing. Later I found out that the dive computer’s sensor is faulty and the seller was willing to give a refund upon returning the item. Very responsible and honest seller. Would recommend

Unfortunately, this buyer, by far, was an extremely challenging buyer to deal with. The item sold was genuine and a brand new product with every aspect unopened. Out of my good will, I have been helpful and tried to provide her with the resources to attempt to help her. The response received was very painful and downright annoying. Said brand new never opened. told me try this and that, promised to refund if not working. Later not working, blocked my message and call and ran away with my money. Apple store diagnosed spoilt battery and it is as good as rubbish. If this is not scam, what is? Filed police report. only refund me after I would go public with her behavior. Shame on her for cheating a purchase intended for a child. If she is genuine seller, she should have refunded as promised without me going through hassle.
