Beware when dealing with this seller.... he is indeed in two minds when dealing.... not a sincere and steady seller... confirm the deal and we talk on the dealing location and confirm everything before offer is being accepted... thereafter he claims all sorts of excuses and that he is letting go to someone who has previously confirm with him back out then come back to him... really a jerk! Deal at ur own risk! Not recommended at all! Do not deal with him! U have been warned!
I believe that the buyer is sincere and reliable, and have left him a posotive feedback. Unfortunately, I am unable to honor the deal with him as the change of location was too far for me and I have received a deal that matches both my price and stated location. Have notified the buyer within 1 hour and 2 mins from the time of acceptance with his knowledge that I've been considering between 2 deals. Nitty gritty aside, it is still my fault for dishonoring the deal.
