大家千萬不要和他交易，免上當受騙！ 我是其中一位受害者，已向平台舉報，幸得平台嚴正跟進，並移除他對本人的負評。 賣家行為及態度都非常惡劣，以負評威脅買家強迫按他不合理條件交易的！a terrible seller！ 事情經過 在交易過程中,賣家出現以下嚴重違規行為: 1. 尚未回答本人就商品質量提出的疑問, 不回答傢俱是否有未能正常運作及花痕地方。 2. 未取得本人同意就擅自決定進行交易。 3. 未經本人同意,單方面強迫本人在不合理的指定時間(明晚)進行交易。 4. 更以恐嚇的方式,向本人發出負評來強迫威脅本人一定要進行交易，行為惡劣卑鄙可恥，強行銷售行為。 5. 賣家拒絕提供搬運地址，但又要求買方安排上門師傅裝拆傢俱及搬運，簡直無賴流氓，荒謬至極。

1.我已告訴買家看post嘅图片。口講冇意思，睇相最實際，我回覆：「其實個post 咁多張相，已經清楚狀況」 2. 你第一個message 比我便是出價，係你自己先出價，我沒有叫你出價同我交易。你出價，即是會交收。我遇到不少其他買家第一個message便出價，怕執輸，等賣家accept 了，便話唔要。如果唔肯定100%是交易，可以問清楚先至出價，如果買家抱著怕執輸，不用代價的心態，隨便開價，影響賣家，我是不得不負評。 3，我說明晚，你沒有反對，及提議其他日子。我一直問你時間，你一直唔回應，反而對我樓層單位資料很重視，我提供了街號，街名，大廈名，只是欠樓層及單位，保障我自己私隱。免得買方取消交易，引申其他問題。加上我是要到大廈門口開門，運輸才可以進入。 4.我沒有恐嚇你。出價不交收，不確實時閒，當然我要負評。應該沒有一位賣家喜歡買家出價，不確實日期時間，之後更是不回應吧。接受你出價，已經不會賣給他人，又一直沒得到買家回覆，物件是免費的，難道我是要無限期等？
