Buyer came down personally to view the items. Confirmed a few times that he will be getting the items and even told me to remove the sticker. However Mia after a few messages, not too sure what happened but definitely a waste of time.

Seller shared that there was warranty for the product and receipt will be provided. After 2 weeks of checking with him, message were not responded. If you do not have the receipt in the first place, he could have been truthful rather than saying that he will provide the receipt later.
