Before payment, the seller confirmed the PC he was selling was fully reset to it's manufacturer's condition. After payment I found out the PC was NOT able to be reset or to be recover due to technical issues. I tried to look for the seller and now the seller has disappeared, not contactable. Please do not ever deal with this cheater.
