Already agreed on time of meet up, then came up with a lot of excuses, after a few days of continuous follow up, he replied, again agreed on a 12pm meet up. After i prepared for the travel (would take more than an hour) seller again sent a message stating that he is not sure about the time, did respond by offering a 15 min grace period before and after agreed time, never got a response
