Had a very bad experience with the seller. She claimed that the cosmetic pouch is authentic. When I received the item, it was a fake item!!!The workmanship of the item was so terrible.Msg her n she did reply initially. After that, Missing in action!!!Msg her 2 days and not a single reply from her. Can't get refund. Pls don't buy anything from her!!! Dislike dishonest seller. Think carousell should ban this type of seller. What a way to start my 1st buy in carousell.

Pls do. Guess sellers should also check the reviews of their buyers in future, especially those with no listings and no reviews at all. Scary buyer!
