pros: easy to deal with and nice to give me discounts when i purchased more. cons: irresponsible. she sent me 1 wrong item and it was defected. perhaps she has 2 of the same item jst in diff colour. wanted the navy but sent the white, stated BN & ZERO DEFECTS. but there was yellow stains all over. (signs of keeping too long i guess). PM seller, seen first few msgs but no reply until now. Its been 5 days and still no response. I believe if it was a mistake she would explain than seen & no reply.
