Smooth pleasant deal with a friendly & responsive young lady. Doorstep self collection was fuss free & contactless. The blessing items - including unlisted ones - were packed neatly in a huge bag. Thank you very much for your generosity ๐๐๐๐๐

Appreciated that buyer met at my convenience. However we were met with differences post-sale. The measurements I took from RWB was 12" and didn't check its accuracy before directly copying details from their web. She then tried to justify that it was a defect and wanted a refund but I felt that it was a purchase risk since I myself trusted the measurements on RWB and realised it was wrong by a mere 1" only after she told me. Nonetheless she sold it off like I had advised her to from the start
Seller conveniently left out the fact that a 1" difference (at both waist and hips) is actually one size up. Even on the blogshop's site, they acknowledge that 1" is a defect. Although I tried explaining to the seller, she responded slowly, kept asking me to 'move on'- and suddenly blocked me on WhatsApp despite the unresolved issue. Her reluctance to take responsibility even though this was due to her negligence is pretty disappointing.
