1. 貨品跟描述不符，字卡不齊，另多了一張重複的 2. 報告問題後已讀不回 3. 投訴後回覆，態度不理想 4. 最後不了了之，不為貨物描述不符而付起適當嘅責任 詳細內容： 交收後數日，開始用時發現卡片唔齊， 有一張圖像卡不見了，但又送多一張”秋“, 共兩張重複。 立刻WhatsApp報告問題，然後已讀不回。直至我向Carousell投訴，賣家才回覆。 當我提出賣家已讀不回一日，賣家稱他不是開門做生意圖***沒有責任回覆我***. 回覆我的時候，堅持話check過齊晒，並指責我要求S F到付，沒有***面交時數齊300張***. 但每次我提到為什麼check 過都會多了個”秋“字卡，賣家就沒有正面回答。 最後用$120買了一套不齊的卡，以後也不能賣出去。
